Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Jeevsutra is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier delays, customs processing, natural disasters, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Orders returned to origin due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failure will require additional shipping fees for resending.

Damaged or Missing Products

• Any damaged or missing product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photo evidence of the outer packaging, product, and shipping label is mandatory for replacement eligibility.

We do not issue refunds for digital products or parcels marked “Delivered” by courier unless proven otherwise.
