TYPES OF CONSULTATIONS COVERED

Astrology Consultations
Includes birth chart readings, Dasha interpretation, compatibility reports, and life-path guidance for career, health, love, and wealth.

Vastu & Astro-Vastu Consultations
Covers space energy audits, directional diagnostics, zonal remedies, site visits, and remedy integration aligned with architectural psychology and planetary influences.

Mental Wellness Sessions
Delivered by licensed Clinical Psychologists (M.Phil qualified). Focus areas include emotional balance, anxiety relief, subconscious reprogramming, and inner clarity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Single Consultation Sessions
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Full refund applicable if cancelled in time.

Multi-Session or Package Bookings
Cancellable only before the first session. If any session is completed, only a partial refund may be granted after deducting used session fees and admin charges.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule once, provided we are informed at least 12 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and considered consumed.

REFUND POLICY

Completed Consultations
Once a session (Astrology, Vastu, or Psychology) is completed, it becomes non-refundable.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NON-REFUNDABLE

All digital items are non-refundable once delivered. This includes:

– Horoscope PDFs
– Vastu/Astro-Vastu Reports
– Remedy Charts & Action Plans
– Recorded Meditations or Audio Guides
– Downloadable Journals and eBooks

These products are treated as consumed upon email delivery or download.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Jeevsutra provides custom-energized remedy products such as:

– Yantras
– Crystals and Rudrakshas
– Energized Brass Tools or Pyramids
– Vastu Kits and Correction Devices

As these are ritually processed and energized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

If your product is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share photographic proof via email or WhatsApp. Replacement or resolution will be provided at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

All approved refunds (e.g., duplicate payments, technical failures) will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay. Amounts will be credited to the original payment source.
